A bathing suit or even clothes (as long as there are no exposed buttons, snaps or zippers that could damage the acrylic surface) are also options.

No. Wedding bands and small rings may remain on. All other large jewelry should be removed to prevent damage to the acrylic surface.You can choose to leave on items like an Apple Watch, Woop, Oura Ring or similar, however, over time, the battery life could be affected due to multiple technologies interacting.

No. Phones or other electronic devices may not be used while in the Chamber. Additionally, Chamber users should not come into contact with any device that is plugged into the wall while they are using the Chamber.
