About The Founder

Health and wellness has always been a passion of Kristin’s, and after a prophylactic double mastectomy in 2020, her personal dedication to knowledge of the space became central to her life for both herself and her children. In 2024 she left her lifelong career in marketing and began the journey of finding a way to bring all of the best-in-class treatments and modalities to her local community and beyond, this is how Suma Life House was born.

While Kristin overcame a prophylactic double mastectomy, she discovered the transformative power of integrative treatments. And after making a full recovery, she knew she needed to create SUMA Life House. With her team, she has built a center that brings the best of modern science, aesthetics, and wellness under one roof while embracing the values of their close-knit Old Greenwich community.

Kristin has consulted with experts in the space around the world to curate a select group of treatments that can help her clients live longer, feel better, both mentally and physically, repair their body on a cellular level and achieve aesthetic goals in a non-invasive way. Her goal was to create an environment where her clients can consult with experts and create personalized and curated plans to reach their goals

About Our Medical Director

Dr. Tulin Koparan, MD, SUMA Life House’s esteemed Medical Director, has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She received her medical degree from New York Medical College and is affiliated with Greenwich Hospital and Stamford Hospital. As a well-established and respected member of the local community, Dr. Koparan brings her extensive expertise in wellness and aesthetic medicine to our practice.
She guides our team of nurses, ensuring every treatment is delivered with precision and care. Her commitment to compassionate, client-centered care exemplifies SUMA Life House’s approach.

Their daughters cheerlead, and SUMA Life House sponsors the Greenwich Youth Cheerleading Program and the Old Greenwich School PTA. These partnerships uplift our community and contribute to the well-being of future generations.

Our wellness center in Greenwich proudly supports the active lifestyles of its community members, including avid golfers, athletes, and those simply seeking a healthier life.

The name Suma comes from the plant Suma whose root is often used in medicinal ways as an adaptogen. An adaptogen is know to boost the body’s ability to resist stressors such as bacteria, toxins and mental stress. Suma also means “the good mother” which solidified for Kristin that this was the perfect name for her new venture.
